Apex Residences

Apex Residences is a ground-up residential condominium development located within the Canyons Village at Park City Resort in Park City, Utah.   This $100+ million project features 65 contemporary, high-end residential condominiums with “ski in/ski out” slope side accessibility, clubhouse with pool, and other first class amenities.  The project developer, a private equity fund with a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential projects throughout the country, required sophisticated lead counsel that could manage and navigate a multitude of project situations in order to successfully proceed with the project.  The unique location of the project within existing ski resort operations necessitated the negotiation of various agreements with private and public entities often having compatible, but at times differing, objectives.    Kephart Fisher’s experience in complex financings and multi-faceted real estate transactions allowed our team to assist and counsel the client in all components of the development, including:
