Pendry Park City is a ground-up residential condominium / hotel development located in the heart of the Canyons Village at Park City Resort in Park City, Utah. This boutique luxury hotel contains 175 privately owned guest rooms and suites, spa and wellness center, fitness facility, pool and pool house, high-end and casual dining options, and concierge services. Our client, the project developer, has developed multiple commercial and residential projects throughout the country, including several in the Park City area. Total project costs of $235,000,000 were funded through a combination of traditional construction financing, developer equity and a private placement equity offering. The project’s location within an operating ski resort presented myriad legal, operational and logistical challenges requiring constant coordination among the client, ski-resort master developer, ski resort operator, construction lender, lawyers, consultants and contractors.
