The Corner is a newly constructed neighborhood retail center serving local residents and businesses in Westerville, Ohio. The center contains approximately 14,090 square feet of first class space that is occupied by national and regional retail and restaurant tenants. Kephart Fisher’s involvement in this project not only included providing typical real estate legal services, but also counseling our client on Ohio’s liquor laws and permitting process. Specifically, working closely with our client and potential tenants of the project, we were able to help ensure the issuance of appropriate liquor permits to tenants in a timely fashion, while allowing our client to maintain long-term control and oversight of the permits.
